Diagnosing Performance Needs

Organizations often have viewpoints about individual or team underperformance but lack evidence or confirmation. 

Using a suite of tools, we partner with organizational leaders to identify root causes of performance gaps.

Our needs assessment process, like everything we do, is customized to the organizations we serve.

It can take the form of quick needs assessment questionnaires or can be as robust as a multi-month deep-dive into employee or organizational pain points. 

For larger scale needs assessments we often use a combination of leadership and employee interviews, on-the-job observations and a systematic review of internal processes and procedures.  

We develop the process to assess needs and areas for growth and – most importantly – recommend and implement a plan of action to see those pain points disappear.
